Hi everyone! We have been waiting to join and introduce ourselves! Last night we signed a contract with Gehan to build a Kennedy at 4512 Zachary's Run! We are very, very excited.

I'm Zach and Katherine is my fiance. By the time we move in, we'll be married (happening in May!) No kids yet, but we have a dog named Katie who's 11 years old. We've been driving through the neighborhood and 'dreaming' about it for nearly 2 years! We absolutely love the neighborhood and all the neighbor's we've met while walking around out there as well as online!

We can't wait to move in and start getting to know more of you!
