Autum Cake...Happy Holidays!!!

Happy Friday!

Here is a quick and easy dessert that I make for my family during the holidays.  I wanted to share it with you.  This picture is picked from the photo dropper…not the real picture of Autum Cake.    Enjoy!!!

Autumn Cake 

          Ingredients

Yellow Cake Mix (no pudding)

1 Can of Packed Pumpkin

1 Can of Evaporated Milk

4 Eggs

1 ½ Cups of Sugar

1 tsp. Cinnamon

2 Sticks of Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix together the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon.  Melt the sticks of butter and set aside.  Pour mixture in a 9×13 pan.  Carefully sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the top and then carefully pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.  Bake for one hour but check at 50 minutes.
